How does it work?
Introductory Group Session
I'll give you an overview of the project ahead, share the foundations of a successful employee handbook, and you'll get to know others who are going through this work with you.
Handbook Draft
I provide you with a handbook customized to your business's needs based on your size, industry and anything else you wanted to include.
Your Individual Session
You'll add all your questions, comments and edits to your handbook and then you and I will get together and make sure it reflects your business's actual operations.
Closing Group Session
We'll get together one last time to close out the project and provide some guidance on implementing.
