Why work on your HR now?

Great question!  Why not just push it off a few months or years?  A few reasons come to mind:

  • If you're seeing little problems, they're likely to get bigger

  • If you've had a big problem, it's likely to happen again

  • If people are confused by something now, that's going to continue and it'll take up more of your time than you want it to

  • If you're about to add people to your team, all of the above will happen at some point if you don't have good systems in place

Bi- Weekly Calls
We'll start with an overview of the project timeline and deliverables- the protective documentation, systems refinement and articulating your goals.


Document Preparation & Systems Recommendations
Here's a list of everything we put together for you:

  • Employee Handbook

  • Onboarding and Offboarding Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

  • Recruiting and Hiring SOP

  • Employee Reviews SOP

  • Corrective Action SOP

  • Medical Leave of Absence SOP

  • Plus one additional SOP - could be a training calendar, profit sharing plan, or some other process that is unique to your organization


Revisions & Implementation
We work together to ensure all of your policies and procedures reflect your actual practices, and find ways to incorporate them into the systems that you already have in place.

Investment: $5K per month for 3 months

Candice Elliott helps impact-driven leaders grow their team with values-aligned HR best practices.  She focuses on increasing employee retention, making work more meaningful, and of course saving $$.

 

Her background is in HR.  She has a Masters in HR from Penn State, the Senior Professional certification in California and has worked in the field for more than 10 years.  During the Pandemic, she supported the small business and non-profit community by giving 100s of hours of assistance to help meet the challenges of the changing world of work. 

 

She is a mom, and when she's not helping support growing organizations you'll find her adventuring in her home, the unceded land of the Awaswas speaking peoples so called Santa Cruz, CA.
