On the edge of something big?
Join like-minded women to:
-
clarify your unique value
-
generate flexible, regenerative income that works alongside the rest of your life, and
-
design and sell packages that feel good to you and the people you serve

Lady, you can do this.
When I started my HR consulting business in 2018, I had the luxury of time to make mistakes and learn through trial and error. Life looked different—rent was cheaper, the cost of living lower, and I didn’t yet have a $3400 monthly preschool bill staring me down.
Fast forward to today, and I know your time is precious. If you're spending it on work it needs to be the most aligned and profitable possible. That's the purpose of Framework to Flourish. We're not talking the basics of email lists and websites (although you'll get those resoucres too), we're talking what is actually going to support you and your needs as they shift over time.
Candice's expertise is incredibly valuable. She is empowering, trustworthy and genuine.
-Logan Robertson Huecker, Executive Director, Sequoia Land Trust

Framework to Flourish is a 9-week group program that helps women create sustainable and regenerative income by designing high-value service packages that use your unique skills and serve your dream clients.
During our time together we will:
-
Identify your dream clients
-
Clarify the unique value that you bring to them
-
Invite them to share their needs, dreams, and challenges
-
Design experiences that will help you convert those dream clients into actual paying clients
-
Design a service package that capitalizes on your unique skills
-
Create complimentary services that help you capture new clients and keep clients in your orbit
I know you're already overwhelmed.
And that adding another thing to your list of things is hard. Here's how we'll help with the hard stuff:

Limiting the decisions you have to make. Starting to work for yourself can fell overwhelming, but it doesn't have to. We're going to limit the kinds of decisions you need to make so that you're using your available brain power just on the things that will make the most positive impact for you.

Doubling down on things you're already good at. At this point in your life, you don't need to start a whole different career. You've got valuable skills already under your belt, you already have great contacts, and we're going to help you keep doing the things you're great at, but get paid well to do them.

Low tech. You don't need to learn how to be a TikTok influencer, design amazing proposals in Canva, or be an expert at AI. You can use as much or as little tech as you like to have the income you want. Literally you could print postcards and take phone calls (that was my first business when I was 23).

A supportive community. I know how hard it is to feel so isolated, especially if you're doing something different from the people around you. You'll have ups and downs during our time together, but we'll go at your pace, and you'll find a supportive group of like-minded women tackling the same life-changing things you are.

Timeliness & Clarity. Our calls will end on time, they'll be recorded so you can go back and watch them again, and we will give you clear direction on anything you're doing between calls.
Program Details:
This virtual group program meets 1x each week for 1 hour for 9 weeks.
The flow will alternate between workshop-style sessions (total of 6) and a coaching sessions (total of 3). You can expect to have 2 - 4 hours of self-guided work per week.
I'll be sharing very explicit and detailed prompts (and of course templates) with you as we go along to help you through your self-guided work. If you'd like, you have the option to include 1 on 1 sessions with me as a part of the program to help you move through any obstacles that come up along the way.
This is what we'll cover in each session:

Session 1: What's Your Why?
Bringing something tough across the finish like starts with considering why we're doing it. This first session is a time for us to orient to the work we will be doing together, to get to know one another, and create the relationships that will continue with us through the program.

Session 2: Identifying Your Ideal Client
When we transition to working for ourselves, it helps to consider who our potential clients might be. During this session you'll build a list of people who might be interested in having you do work for them. You'll also consider what questions you would want to ask them so that you can understand their needs. Over the next couple of weeks, you will reach out to some of the people on this list to learn more about their needs, so that you can design services that will help.

Session 3: Community Call
These calls are a chance for you to bring questions, comments and anything you're stuck on. We'll work through things together, because as you know, if you're challenged with something, you can bet there's another person feeling the same way.
Session 4: Creating Your Offer
By this point in the program, you will have some idea not just of what you are good at, but what people you know are looking for. When you build your offer, you're looking for that sweet spot between what you're good at and what people want. During this session you'll learn about different ways to compose offers that have been tested.
Session 5: The Money Of It All
In this workshop-style session, you will bring your drafted offer to the group, and work through refining it together. This will give you practice talking about it and help lead into the next phase of our work together. We'll also get into the money of it all - this means creating sustainable income for you so you can work for yourself.

Session 6: Community Call
Session 7: Sales That Isn't Sleazy
You might not be working for yourself because you never learned how to do sales without it feeling awful. Sales is a tough part, but there is a way to do it without feeling like you're a scammer. That's what we'll cover in this session.
Session 8: Defining Your Business's North Star
Now that you've got an idea of what you're good at, what people want, and a way to sell it without feeling icky, we can talk about your business. Your business is something that is distinct from you and will become more clear as you go through the program. At this time, we'll define the North Star of your business, what you are bringing into the world, and how you're doing it.

Session 9: Community Call & Celebration
Program Deliverables (AKA what you'll have at the end. . .)

Payment Plans Are Available. I know that finances are likely tight, and that investing in yourself espeically at this time of your life could feel like it's too much all at once. So, we have payment plans available to help you spread out the payments over up to 12 months.
I feel inspired, like I don't have to keep doing what isn't working, like there's hope for the future.
-Ariel Stirm, Owner, Botanic and Luxe

FAQS
What are the dates of this cohort?
This cohort is from September 8 - November 7, 2025 with a celebration call on November 12 for those who can make it.
How much time should I set aside other than the 1 hour sessions each week?
I would recommend setting aside 2 - 4 hours each week outside of our 1 hour sessions. Some weeks you'll have more to do and other weeks less. The program is designed so that you can adjust your work around your schedule.
I'm not sure if I should just do the group program or also have 1:1 sessions with you. What do you advise?
If you can swing it I'd recommend adding the 1:1s. I give as much individualized support as I can through the workshops and group calls but each person and business is unique. The 1:1s are a way to focus specifically on your individual challenges and how you specifically implement the work we do together in the group. It's a great way to move through anything that's blocking your path, or to talk through things you might be unsure about.
1 on 1s can be used anytime before, during or up to 3 months after the program.
Who is this program good for?
Women who have a valuable skill set. This is you as long as you have some idea of what you're good at and want to do. This program isn't about finding your work. This is about taking the skills that you already have and making them into sustainable income.
Women who have responsibilities outside of work. This could be caring for kids, caring for elderly, caring for community, a day job. This program is for women who have a lot going on and who want time and resources to dedicate to life outside of work.
Is this you?
This program not the right fit if. . .
You are selling a product.
You don't know what you're good at.
You don't have anything placing demands on your time outside of work.
You feel you can't, don't want to or don't need to thrive financially.
