0.2}  High-Leverage Habits:  The core of this experience includes mastering three core habits. . . reliability & accountability, caring for your people, and being consistently innovative. . . as we learn more about our business.  I'll teach you how to incorporate all three into your schedule.

Day 1: You as a Leader

Before we dive into getting clarity on your ideal employee, we need to be clear on how you show up as a leader.  On our first day we will unlock your unique and differentiated leadership style.

Your Company's Soul:  What you say, do and how you present your company in the world to the max!  Let's uncover all the quirky, wonderful parts of your business that we can highlight to attract dream employees to work with you.

The Wholistic HR System:  Let's design a system that attracts and keeps the best.

Day 2: Your Company as a Community

On day two, we do a deep dive into the foundations of your company as a community.  This is so important for our work later as we come to understand who is the best fit for your organization.​ 

The Heart of Your Work:  How do you create jobs that augment your company's mission rather than overcomplicating it?  We will look at where you are now, and make a plan for where you want to be.

Ideal Employee Clarity:  Typical 'job requirements' don't do much to bring you clarity on your ideal employee.  When faced with two equally 'qualified' employees, how do you decide who to choose?  We'll dive into the values of your company to identify the messages that will resonate with them the most.

Day 3: Attracting Awesome People 

Once we get the foundations established, we'll work to augment your management and hiring processes to find and keep more people who are the right fit for your organization.  

Developing Standards:  Create the ideal process for screening, interviewing, and (possibly) testing your possible employees.  You will know how to weed out the people who aren't the right fit, and how to make your company irresistible to the people you want to work with.

Their First Day:  This often-overlooked step is your opportunity to welcome your new tribe member.  We'll set up a welcoming first day that combines your company's culture, important legal checkboxes, and transitions your new employee into their job.

Day 4: Keeping the Best

So. . . now that you have these great people, how do you keep them around?  We'll go over the highest leverage employer techniques that keep the best staff.

Clairty & Consistency:  Starting with your employee's very first week, we'll dive into the things that you can do to get them up to speed and help them feel like they belong.

Leadership Pipeline:  The up and coming millennials love to learn new things and will stick around longer in companies where they feel they belong.  Developing a leadership pipeline is essential to filling spaces higher up in your organization when they become vacant.  We do this by developing training programs that keep people learning and growing.

Day 5: Optimizing for the Future

As we look to the future, what are the best ways to optimize?  I'll share with you systems and tools that help to streamline your work, and share with you the next steps that have helped my clients keep the best staff.

Oh hey there!  I'm Candice.

So yes - I definitely have those.  From first working as an educator, to running HR for a large corporation, and now as a strategist for organizations across sectors - I've worked behind the scenes of over 100 companies.  My clients are world class brewers, social media mavens, innovative architects and a lot more.
