The Families First Coronavirus Response Act requires qualifying employers to provide expanded FMLA and Sick Pay to employees for the following reasons:
Sickness or isolation
Care for a family member who is sick or isolated
Care for a child under 18 whose school is closed
Other "substantially similar" conditions
Tax credits and deferrals are available for employers to use for qualifying medical expenses including FMLA Leave, Paid Sick Leave, and medical insurance benefits.

- Cap of $200/day and a total of $10,000
Paid Sick Leave Caps On Entitlement
- Full-time $511/day and a total of $5110
- 2/3 pay (to care for a family member or child) $200/day and a total of $2000
